Incorporating the use of information technology, Professional PCO Services Inc. simultaneously reduces paperwork while enhancing the level of service provided to customers. The company uses specialized software application developed for the pest control sector. Armed with mobile handheld devices, Professional PCO Services Inc.’ technicians arrive fully prepared to deliver “best in class” service. Our technicians can deploy pest control devices (e.g. traps); scan the bar code label on the device and track activity and trends for that particular device, area, or entire account. Professional PCO Services Inc.’ customers can also log on to the system to get updates on the status of their account.
